📋 Description

• Enhance, monitor, and support underwriting logic in our instant platform.
• Conduct audits to review platform performance and underwriter decisions.
• Monitor underwriting metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and iterate on carrier implementation framework.
• Contribute to product feature evolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of production life insurance underwriting experience.
• 1+ years with underwriting rules engines.
• FALU, FLMI, or CLU preferred.
• Strong data analysis background.
• Experience with underwriting audits and UAT.
• Understanding of legal/compliance framework for life insurance.
