Senior Technical Writer

📋 Description

• Own the documentation strategy for your product area, including getting into the product, seeing
• Work with product and field teams to identify docs gaps and bring data such as user behavior, field
• Sit in on product management discussions to align docs with product strategy.
• Write and edit how-to guides, reference documentation, landing pages, and overviews.
• Test everything you write using the command line and API testing tools to ensure accuracy.
• Review docs for technical accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working alongside other technical writers on a docs team, comfortable giving and
• Experience as a technical writer at a software company or startup.
• Experience working with AI and AI-native workflows (e.g., building skills using MCP servers).
• Understanding of how to test software, including APIs and command line tools, with hands-on
• Comfort working in the command line and solid Git experience.
• Experience maintaining, managing, and reviewing docs in a docs-as-code environment.
