🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical writing for software/tech platforms.
• Bachelor's in Communications, English, Journalism, or CS.
• Experience documenting InsurTech or regulated SaaS.
• API and developer documentation for SaaS/platform products.
• Strong OpenAPI understanding; YAML/JSON familiarity.
• Docs-as-Code with GitHub/GitLab or GitBook; Markdown.
