🎯 Requirements

5+ years technical writing for software/technical platforms.
Insurance/InsurTech SaaS documentation experience in regulated industries.
Experience with API and developer documentation for SaaS/platforms.
Strong OpenAPI understanding; can read/validate YAML/JSON specs.
Docs-as-Code proficiency; GitHub/GitLab or GitBooks experience.
Markdown mastery; excellent cross-functional collaboration.
