📋 Description

• Own documentation for CRM Product; deliver monthly content and manage existing content.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve doc efficiency and quality.
• Support multimedia content strategy with video and eLearning resources.
• Improve documentation workflows and websites/content structure.
• Build relationships with product and engineering to reflect upcoming changes.
• Collaborate with other writers and participate in reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of technical writing experience or equivalent
• Experience managing content across complex multi-product or multi-service environments
• Experience with AI-driven content workflows and tooling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-team relationships
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• U.S. West location (Pacific Timezone)
