📋 Description

• Own docs for multiple CRM Product areas; deliver monthly content and keep content discoverable.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve documentation efficiency, quality, and speed.
• Support multimedia strategy with video and eLearning resources.
• Improve documentation workflows and site/content structure.
• Build cross-team relationships to stay ahead of product changes and reflect updates.
• Collaborate with writers and participate in review cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of technical writing or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing content across complex multi-product environments.
• Experience with AI-driven content workflows and tooling.
• Strong communication and cross-team relationship skills.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills managing multiple projects.
• Experience with docs-as-code and technical authoring environments.
