Senior Technical Writer

📋 Description

• Own the customer documentation platform, including information architecture, authoring workflows
• Create and maintain integration guides for supported data and alert sources using repeatable
• Develop comprehensive administration and governance documentation covering tenant management
• Own API reference and developer-facing documentation, collaborating with engineering to generate
• Produce customer-facing release notes that clearly explain changes, their impact, intended users
• Create documentation explaining AI-assisted workflows, including how investigations are structured

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical writing experience for software products serving technical buyers, including
• Strong docs-as-code experience with Git, Markdown, and at least one static documentation framework
• Ability to read and understand code and API specifications sufficiently to produce accurate
• A strong technical writing portfolio demonstrating the ability to explain complex systems clearly
• Excellent interviewing and information-gathering skills, with the persistence to work with
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to determine what information is essential, useful, or
