📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AI/ML docs for Litmus Edge and Edge Manager
• Translate AI/IoT concepts into clear content for engineers
• Design AI-assisted docs workflows: LLM drafting and checks
• Collaborate with PMs and ML engineers to document APIs and config
• Set authoring standards and mentor writers on AI tooling
• Maintain IA across help center, API docs, and release notes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical writing in B2B/industrial/IoT software
• Experience documenting AI/ML or data-driven features
• Hands-on use of AI writing tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot)
• Proficient with Markdown, Git, and static site generators
• Strong ability to interview engineers and PMs
• Portfolio showing technical depth and clarity of writing
