Senior Technical Writer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve Radiant's developer and product documentation, including guides, tutorials, API
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure documentation is included as part of the
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible content for different
• Create and maintain getting-started guides, how-to content, examples, architecture explanations
• Test documented workflows directly to ensure content is accurate, complete, and usable.
• Improve the structure, navigation, discoverability, and consistency of Radiant's documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience writing documentation for technical products, cloud platforms, developer tools
• Comfortable reading code, API specifications, configuration files, architecture diagrams, and
• Experience with docs-as-code workflows, Markdown, Git, and documentation tooling such as
• Able to work directly with engineers and subject matter experts to extract the information needed
• Excellent written communication, editing, information architecture, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with APIs, authentication, webhooks, SDKs, and related technologies.
