Senior Technology AP Specialist

📋 Description

• Process and review high-volume, complex invoices related to technology vendors, including SaaS
• Ensure accurate coding of invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts, cost centers, and
• Ensure accurate expense management across one-time costs, prepaid amortization, and capitalized
• Manage three-way matching (contractual agreement, invoice, receipt) for technology purchases
• Monitor recurring expenses such as software subscriptions and cloud services
• Partner with IT and Finance teams to validate contracts, renewals, and usage-based charges

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably including technology-related expenses
• Strong understanding of AP processes, controls, and accounting principles
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Yardi, Oracle, Workday)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
