Senior Technology Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead a risk-based technology control program across the Tech organization.
• Design and establish governance structures for technology decisions and accountability.
• Develop and maintain technology governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead the full control lifecycle: discovery, identification, testing, remediation.
• Serve as the first-line contact for compliance activities (SOC2, PCI, state exams) and audits.
• Collaborate with Technology and Enterprise Risk Management to align risk and controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technology GRC across governance, risk, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with full control lifecycle (design, tests, remediation).
• Experience with tech risk assessments and risk registers.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Okta, GitHub, and Atlassian tools.
• Translate risk standards into business requirements; strong communication.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CGEIT, CCSP preferred.
