Senior Technology Specialist, Executive Support

📋 Description

• Deliver daily onsite and remote IT support for executives and EAs through ServiceNow, Slack
• Support white-glove AV and Zoom for executive sessions, leadership offsites, and smaller gatherings
• Onboard new executives with a personalized Day 1 experience so they are fully set up for success.
• Troubleshoot macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android issues, including corporate security alignment and
• Investigate complex incidents, document root causes in RCAs, and find process changes that improve
• Join a shared on-call rotation for critical executive escalations, including early morning, late

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise IT support, workplace technology, systems support, or a related technical
• Hands-on, advanced troubleshooting across Mac and PC hardware.
• Working knowledge of heavily SaaS-based environments, including managing role-based access control
• Comfort supporting C-suite leaders in high-touch corporate settings.
• Know-how running AV events, Zoom Rooms, Zoom, and Zoom Phone in corporate spaces.
• Deep technical range across endpoint management, identity and access, collaboration platforms
