Senior TechOps Engineer (DevOps / Platform)

📋 Description

• Take direct ownership of significant parts of QIMA's core infrastructure and shape it into the
• Architect and evolve CI/CD pipelines and shared app stack (ingress, monitoring, alerting, backup)
• Design and implement infrastructure as code across cloud, network, and edge/security layers
• Design self-service paths to production (templates, golden paths, developer tooling) for product
• Build the AI agent platform: hosting, context, tool access, guardrails, and evaluation
• Extend platform to data and ML/AI workloads (DataOps, MLOps)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE
• Proven mastery using AI to design and build production-grade AI harness (agents, tools, context
• Strong production-grade experience with AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes/EKS
• Proven track record architecting and operating CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, Argo Workflow, CircleCI
• Experience with on-call responsibility for mission-critical systems
• Solid expertise with monitoring/observability tools (Grafana, ELK, OpenSearch)
