Analyze billing discrepancies, investigate AIT/IRSF, and manage data-backed dispute cases.
Build dashboards to communicate metrics and drive action.
Coordinate with data analytics, engineering, and accounting to reconcile accounts.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in telecom billing, revenue assurance, wholesale SMS billing settlements, or CPaaS fraud
Strong written and verbal communication; experience negotiating disputes.
Experience in collections, dispute resolution, or billing analysis; project management.
Data wrangling with Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, or SQL.
