📋 Description

  • Design, build, and operate enterprise-grade voice infrastructure.
  • Bridge traditional telephony with real-time AI voice systems.
  • Develop production-ready SIP gateways and AI integration with cloud platforms.
  • Ensure HA, redundancy, and monitoring for voice workloads.
  • Collaborate across CTI, cloud, and DevOps teams for end-to-end flows.
  • Deliver scalable voice solutions across SIP/VoIP environments.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, CS, or related field.
  • 5+ years in enterprise telephony with SIP, VoIP, RTP.
  • Hands-on SBC configuration and SIP peering experience.
  • Experience with PBX/media servers (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH).
  • Knowledge of audio codecs (G.711 μ-law/a-law, G.722, Opus) and real-time transcoding.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
