🎯 Requirements

Figma Champion with advanced, hands-on experience.
Systems Thinker focused on production, automation, and scalable design.
Great Communicator who explains technical setups in plain English.
Team Player & Mentor who guides juniors across teams and helps them learn.
Detail-oriented with neat files, organized layers, and thorough documentation.
Not a must, but a plus: presenting design systems or automation workflows to clients.
