📋 Description

• Direct all Test & Evaluation activities across the program portfolio.
• Deconflict resources to maintain program velocity.
• Lead diverse teams of SMEs, test engineers, and cybersecurity analysts.
• Interface with Government reps; manage budgets and performance.
• Translate complex findings into executive-level briefings; mitigate risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering, CS, Business, or related; Master's preferred.
• 10-15 years in Test & Evaluation (T&E) or PM in Federal Gov/DoW.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• OT&E methodologies, test design, and data analysis.
• COMSEC, cryptographic equipment, and secure network knowledge.
• PMP or DAWIA/Level III certification preferred.
