Senior Test Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain Java-based automation frameworks from scratch.
• Deliver automated test coverage across functional, cross-browser, API, and integration.
• Build API test suites with Karate or REST-assured for contracts and data.
• Define and execute test strategies, plans, and scripts across agile delivery cycles.
• Support development teams to write and automate tests, incl. TDD/BDD approaches.
• Perform front-end cross-browser functional testing, exploratory testing, and UAT.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong, demonstrable Java skills and ownership of Java-based test automation frameworks.
• Experience designing automation frameworks with Java using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Karate.
• Delivery of automated test coverage across functional, cross-browser, API, and integration testing.
• API testing with Java-based frameworks, including contract tests, auth flows, and data validation.
• Comfortable with automated and manual testing; know when to automate.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and working in Agile/scrum.
