Senior Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and own test strategies for component, subsystem, and system-level testing.
• Design electromechanical test systems and high-voltage architectures.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues across test stands.
• Identify and resolve test-architecture deficiencies and inefficiencies.
• Advise on data acquisition systems and test sensors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on test cases and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering with 4+ years in Test Engineering.
• Experience designing test strategies and processing high-bandwidth vibration data.
• Partner with Design Engineering to bridge design and validation.
• Close the loop between test and analysis; improve model fidelity.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate milestone-driven tasks.
• Coordinate test execution at internal and external labs.
