Senior Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and validation for electronics and battery systems.
• Own factory testing activities to ensure product quality and readiness.
• Develop and maintain factory test stations for accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze test data and provide insights to improve performance.
• Diagnose design, manufacturing, and test failures; drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with QA, factory, and engineering to follow standards and streamline testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 2+ years design or testing experience in electronics, electrical equipment, battery systems.
• Test planning and analysis: experience creating test plans and analyzing data.
• Testing experience: design testing, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
• Test equipment proficiency: power analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, megger testers.
• Mandarin proficiency; frequent travel to Changzhou.
