Lead Moldova testing team with clear direction and visibility on progress, defects, risks, and
Own testing strategy, plan, and priorities; ensure alignment with business and IT.
Coordinate tests across several projects per release and manage resources/timelines.
Support release readiness and provide quality input for go/no-go decisions.

🎯 Requirements

Extensive software testing experience; several years in Test Manager/Lead roles.
Proven ability to define test strategies and coordinate full testing cycles.
Experience in integration, system, end-to-end, regression, and UAT testing.
Experience coordinating distributed/remote/offshore testing teams.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and risk mitigation skills.
Fluent in French and English; ISTQB certification preferred.
