Senior Test Manager (She/ He/ They)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end testing across insurance transformation initiatives.
• Define testing strategies, coordinate tests, and support Go/No-Go decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across workstreams and systems.
• Assess and optimize the testing tool landscape (Azure DevOps, Playwright, JIRA, Power BI).
• Provide governance, reporting, risk visibility, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Test Management across complex enterprise transformations, ideally insurance.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes, regulatory considerations, and enterprise change delivery.
• Expertise in manual, automated, and risk-based testing.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Practical experience with Azure DevOps, Playwright, JIRA, Power BI, and modern testing practices.
• Certifications such as ISTQB, PMP, or Agile certifications (bonus).
