Senior Textile Developer

📋 Description

• Lead fabric sourcing and seasonal development for the men’s line.
• Redevelop core fabrics with key suppliers to meet specs, testing, and cost.
• Attend fabric shows and share trends with Raw Materials and Design teams.
• Address fabric performance, lead times, and delivery challenges.
• Partner with mills and Product Integrity to meet third-party testing standards.
• Mentor direct reports and manage workflows for timely delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in textiles: fibers, yarns, construction, finishes, printing.
• Experience with performance fabrics is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to mentor a direct report and ensure delivery.
• Established relationships with fabric suppliers and problem-solving track record.
• AATCC and ASTM test methods and fabric manufacturing knowledge.
• Experience attending fabric shows and presenting findings.
