Senior Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain a steady caseload with 3–4 weeks advance scheduling.
• Complete timely notes, treatment plans, and insurance paperwork by end of day.
• Collaborate with care coordinators and referring providers for integrated care.
• Deliver services via telehealth and/or in-office with privacy.

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LMFT/LCSW/LPCC license in good standing.
• Experience providing individual therapy in outpatient setting.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation.
• Ability to follow SMART note documentation protocols.
• Strong time management, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice and HIPAA compliance.
