Senior Therapist with ASL Proficiency

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality individual therapy to diverse clients
• Deliver sessions using American Sign Language as needed
• Maintain active, stable caseload with scheduling in advance
• Deliver telehealth and/or in-office services
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver integrated care
• Maintain professional documentation and client engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
• Proficient in American Sign Language (required)
• Experience providing individual therapy in outpatient settings
• Experience with EHR systems and compliant documentation
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Commitment to ethics, confidentiality, and HIPAA
