Ensure designs are manufacturable, validated efficiently, and scalable.
Shape manufacturing processes for cold plates, TIMs, and assemblies.
Collaborate with design teams, manufacturers and suppliers across global supply chains.

🎯 Requirements

Strong experience in thermal, mechanical and/or manufacturing engineering
Experience bringing complex electromechanical products from development to production
Solid understanding of thermal management for high‑power electronics
Knowledge of thermal interfaces, cooling solutions and mounting systems
DFM, manufacturing processes, assembly, tolerancing
Experience with thermal/mechanical simulation tools (CFD/FEA)
