Senior Thermal System Engineer

📋 Description

• Design spacecraft-level thermal models for current and next-gen satellites
• Specify and support qualification testing at subsystem and system levels
• Own thermal hardware end-to-end: design concepts, suppliers, test/validate
• Analyze thermal control components, electrical assemblies, subsystems
• Support AIT activities and maintenance of thermal components
• Ensure on-time delivery from concept through qualification

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive space thermal simulation experience
• TVAC testing and model correlation
• Proactive, self-directed working style
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Based in Espoo; up to 30% remote
• Experience with thermal control of satellites at system/subsystem level
