5+ years developing tools for game development or interactive content teams
Strong C++ experience with modern game engine technology (Unreal, Unity, Godot, or proprietary engines)
Deep understanding of editor architecture, plugin systems, and extensibility patterns
Experience building asset pipelines and content management workflows
UX mindset for developer-facing tools—you understand that great tools are invisible
Bonus: Scripting language proficiency (Python, C#, Lua, or similar)
