• Equity programme end-to-end; ESOP management, vesting, and liquidity considerations.

• People data and compensation modelling; BambooHR data flows and modelling.
\n
• Executive partnership; translate data into recommendations for the executive team.

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 8–12 years in Total Rewards with hands-on design and launch of compensation programmes.
\n
• Category fluency in fintech/payments; regulated entities and equity norms.
\n
• Advanced data and analytical skills; builds models from scratch; Excel/Sheets.
\n
• Systems and data infrastructure literacy; comfortable with customised HRIS.
\n
• Equity programme experience (ESOP, RSUs, stock options) and vesting knowledge.
\n
• Multi-market SEA experience with regulatory variation; global scope is an asset.
