🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR COE roles, focusing on global/multi-country total rewards.
• Vendor management experience, ideally with a global benefits broker.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and reporting.
• Excellent communication; able to influence across geographies and cultures.
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
