🎯 Requirements

5+ years in compensation, total rewards, data or financial analysis
Financial modeling and data analysis using Excel/Sheets and CPM tools
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Problem solving with root-cause analysis
Process/project management to meet timelines
Accountability for commitments and outcomes
