📋 Description

• Lead the administration, implementation, and continuous improvement of global Benefits and Mobility
• Drive the implementation of global benefit programs, including health and welfare benefits
• Perform in-depth analysis of existing benefit programs and initiatives; recommend changes based on
• Lead the implementation of benefit renewals, implementations, vendor transitions and other
• Implement Hootsuite's Global Mobility Programs (permanent relocation, short and long term
• Collaborate with business leaders, People Partners and external stakeholders to deliver mobility

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 5-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
• Bonus Points: CEBS designation, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant or working towards it
• Advanced level of expertise in global benefits and regulatory compliance
• Understanding of global mobility concepts, policies and processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate and present complex solutions and concepts
• Basic knowledge in immigration, tax, relocation and social security policies and procedures
