Senior TPM - Enterprise Systems

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of Fin’s Enterprise Systems programs
• Collaborate with Finance, Billing and People teams
• Shape initiatives before they become projects
• Manage stakeholders and set clear expectations
• Plan around business cycles (month/quarter/year end)
• Own roadmap communication and delivery readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in technical program management
• Strong planning, sequencing and risk management
• Track record delivering multiple workstreams
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Direct experience with Finance/People systems (NetSuite, Workday)
• Understanding of procure-to-pay, record-to-report, billing
