📋 Description

• Manage HS classification service for Flexport clients.
• Classify products under HTS with clients and stakeholders.
• Own HS classification projects to ensure accurate product data.
• Analyze and assign HS classifications for imports under HTS.
• Audit classifications for accuracy; apply tariff knowledge.
• Stay informed on CBP regulations and rulings for clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university.
• Licensed Customs Broker; JD or graduate degree a plus.
• 2-4 years in classification of a broad range of commodities.
• Proficiency with HTS; Schedule B and ECCN a plus.
• Experience reviewing government regulations and rulings (CBP, USTR, etc.).
• Understanding of FTAs and GSP programs.
