🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a trademark and brand protection paralegal
• Experience preparing and managing USPTO trademark filings, responses to office actions, letters of
• Proven capability in managing large-scale, international trademark dockets using platforms such as
• Knowledge of the Madrid Protocol and multi-jurisdictional filing strategies
• Expertise in reviewing B2B marketing collateral against FTC Endorsement Guides and industry
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and Figma
