Senior Trading Operations Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide real-time trading support for APAC/EMEA during U.S. overnight hours
• Investigate and resolve urgent trading, market data, and integration issues
• Engage traders, PMs, and compliance to troubleshoot issues
• Deliver start-of-day reconciliation and operational readiness
• Analyze data issues across custodians, brokers, DTCC, and third parties
• Own customer issues end-to-end with clear communication

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in trading, portfolio accounting, or reconciliation
• Knowledge of investment operations, trading workflows, market data integration
• Hands-on with FIX, SWIFT, DTCC, CTM or similar data formats
• Excellent problem-solving in fast-paced production environments
• Able to engage with customers professionally under pressure
• Independent work during off-peak hours with limited U.S. overlap
