📋 Description

• Develop and maintain training materials for Microsoft 365 (Purview, Teams).
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear user guidance.
• Support change management and training rollout across enterprise programs.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations to align materials with configurations.
• Deliver training via live sessions and self-service resources.
• Create job aids, FAQs, and user documentation for end users and support staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience creating user documentation and instructional materials.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
• Experience supporting enterprise software adoption or rollout efforts.
• Excellent written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
