🎯 Requirements

A qualified lawyer licensed in UK/Europe with 4–6+ PQE in regulatory or investment compliance.
Experience representing asset managers, funds, or financial services clients.
Commercially sharp; enables deal velocity while protecting clients.
Deep familiarity with multi-jurisdictional asset management structures.
Client-ready under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship is required for this role.
