Senior Transfer Pricing Manager

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day transfer pricing processes across the group and key markets.
• Design and refine TP policies; ensure robustness and tax authority alignment.
• Lead automation of TP processes using agentic tools and workflows.
• Coordinate annual TP documentation (Master File/Local Files) and benchmarking.
• Support CBCR and intercompany arrangements; liaise on tax authority inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• Trained in tax with a Top 10 firm or in-house
• ACA or CTA qualified, or equivalent
• 7+ years transfer pricing experience; international tax a plus
• Documentation and business structuring experience advantageous
• Deadlines driven; detail-focused with project management
• Strong relationship builder and team player
