📋 Description

• Lead and manage advanced transmission planning studies covering transient stability, power flow
• Serve as a primary client contact, defining project objectives, methodologies, scope, timelines
• Provide technical leadership, quality assurance, and oversight throughout project execution.
• Perform and oversee transmission adequacy and reliability assessments, including contingency
• Prepare, review, and present detailed technical reports documenting assumptions, methodologies
• Support generator interconnection, production costing, TPL compliance, harmonics, and related

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field; advanced education may be
• Relevant experience aligned with senior-level transmission planning, operations, engineering
• Deep knowledge of transmission system planning processes, methodologies, industry practices, and
• Strong experience with transient stability, short-circuit, voltage, production costing, TPL
• Required proficiency with PSS/E and strong experience with Transmission Adequacy & Reliability
• Familiarity with NERC, FERC, and ISO/RTO requirements and processes, including environments such as

• Annual base salary of $160,000–$220,000 USD, plus an annual bonus; actual compensation varies based
