📋 Description

• Design analytics models and tools to optimize transport cost and speed
• Own dashboards, routing optimizers, chargeback systems, benchmarks
• Deliver predictive and real-time KPIs: transit time, on-time, freight spend
• Provide fast ad hoc decision support with 24-hour SLA
• Collaborate cross-functionally and drive scalable analytics solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years analytics exp in transportation, supply chain, or ecommerce
• Strong SQL skills (Snowflake, Starburst) and advanced Excel
• Power BI proficiency; dashboards and DAX measures
• Self-directed problem solver with data-driven insights
• Excellent written and verbal English; presenting to US leaders across time zones
• Bonus: carrier rate analysis, freight cost modeling, or warehousing data
