• Proven professional experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments.
• Hands-on expertise managing crew movements, rotations, and travel disruptions.
• Advanced proficiency in the Amadeus GDS system.
• Strong knowledge of the travel industry, including relevant policies, procedures, and operational
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, high-pressure
• Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 service operation and adapt to changing customer and business
