Senior Treasury FX Manager

📋 Description

• Lead evolution of Monzo’s global FX strategy as Senior Treasury FX Manager.
• Build a scalable, automated FX execution environment.
• Oversee FX risk management and hedging; in-house FX to unlock revenue.
• Design a global, multi-entity FX framework and drive risk aggregation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Data to launch FX products and enhance capabilities.
• Collaborate with Finance and second/third line to ensure safe, scalable growth.

🎯 Requirements

• FX experience in a high-paced, multi-currency environment.
• Proficiency executing live exposure across spot, forwards, swaps, and NDFs.
• Analytical rigour with large data analysis; Python or SQL preferred.
• Strategic communication translating Treasury topics to Product and Engineering.
• Proactive, forward-thinking, cross-functional in a multi-entity setting.
• CFA or relevant professional qualification preferred.
