Senior Treasury Specialist

📋 Description

• Execute and oversee incoming and outgoing payments (fiat and crypto)
• Monitor transaction flows for timely, accurate processing
• Perform reconciliations across internal systems, PSPs, and banks
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve or escalate
• Support daily treasury operations and ensure uninterrupted processes
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and automate where possible

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years in treasury, payments, fintech ops
• Strong understanding of payment flows, settlements, PSPs
• Hands-on experience with payment execution and reconciliations
• Crypto transaction knowledge and operational processes
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP)
• Ability to structure problems and communicate requirements clearly
