Senior Trial Attorney

📋 Description

• Represent clients in trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Develop case strategies and present arguments before judges and juries.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Interview witnesses, gather evidence, and prepare for trial.
• Negotiate settlements and plea agreements when appropriate.
• Lead department, mentor junior attorneys and support staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s).
• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• 2+ years of trial experience.
• Strong knowledge of procedural rules (e.g., FRCP Rule 23).
• Excellent project management and team leadership abilities.
