Senior Trust Services Engineer

📋 Description

• Complete and submit customer security questionnaires and other due diligence requests using
• Research customer-specific security questions that fall outside standard response frameworks and
• Validate responses using compliance platforms, security documentation, and internal resources
• Ensure all deliverables use current, approved language and accurately reflect the organization’s
• Review responses for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and structural quality before submission.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, outdated documentation, or missing evidence and escalate material

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional experience in information security, GRC, security compliance, third-party risk
• Foundational knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and
• Understanding of security and privacy concepts including PII versus PHI, authentication, logical
• Ability to interpret dense security policies, control documentation, compliance materials, and
• Experience responding to security questionnaires, customer due diligence requests, or
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established workflows, response standards, and
