Senior UAT Tester

📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute UAT activities across the testing lifecycle.
• Lead testing for enhancements, releases, regressions, and production validation.
• Develop test plans, cases, scripts, and acceptance criteria from requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear testing scenarios and outcomes.
• Manage defects, issues, blockers, and resolution tracking.
• Support kickoff meetings, readiness reviews, and post-release retrospectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in testing, QA, BA, or related roles.
• Experience supporting full UAT lifecycle: planning, scenarios, testing, defect mgmt.
• Experience translating requirements into detailed test cases and validation docs.
• Experience using Jira or similar defect management tools.
• Travel up to 25% of the year as needed.
• Strong documentation, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
