Design and develop cloud-based voice infra for 911 (SIP routing, call state, redundancy)
Build integrations with telephony providers and PSAPs for end-to-end call reliability
Drive major features and architecture of the voice platform
Collaborate with operations, networking, and engineering for visibility
Participate in on-call rotations for production voice infra

🎯 Requirements

Deep experience with VoIP/UC and SIP; written/integrated SIP apps
Cloud platform experience (AWS); distributed, fault-tolerant cloud systems
Familiarity with FreeSWITCH and Kamailio
Cross-functional teamwork; clear communication of complexity
