Senior UI/ UX Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Translate business/data requirements into specs for tech solutions.
• Design user-centered web and mobile experiences (usability & accessibility).
• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, workshops) to uncover needs.
• Create wireframes, flows, journey maps, mocks, and prototypes.
• Design intuitive interfaces across devices and contexts.
• Facilitate product vision; prototype and test digital solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as UX/UI Designer or BA for digital products.
• Strong UI/UX design for web and mobile apps.
• Experience turning user research into flows, wireframes, prototypes.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools; CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Accessibility compliance (AODA) and usability testing.
• Understanding of web development tech and constraints; journey mapping.
