Own and scale Google Ads traffic across App campaigns/UAC, Web, PMax, and Search
Grow Google Ads 2-3x within KPIs (CPA/ROAS/ROMI)
Create a testing roadmap for creatives, audiences, keywords, and budgets
Define test structures and scaling rules; monitor CPA and ROI daily
Collaborate with Creative and PMM to test Google Ads hypotheses
Analyze campaigns with AppsFlyer, Tableau, GA/Firebase for growth

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in performance marketing for mobile apps
Hands-on Google Ads: Web/Web2app/App campaigns
Budgets > $300K/month on Google Ads
Deep knowledge of Smart Bidding, tCPA/tROAS
Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust) and attribution
BI tools: Tableau, Google Analytics/Firebase for data-driven decisions
